Climate investing takes courage

Climate Tech Week is about connecting innovators with those solutions with supporters who have the means to make it happen. Deep tech startups take longer to build than food delivery apps, the regulatory environment is uncertain, and fewer funds invest in the space. There’s often a forklift involved. Setbacks happen with hardware, and failure is not an option — it's inevitible. If the unit economics were as straightforward as selling houses in Beverly Hills, the deals would already be done. Climate Tech Week is for entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, and policymakers to find each other and work together on solutions.
